Shipping Policy
Hello MIZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim if your package is missing.
US Shipping:
- Free shipping in US for order $75+
- For orders placed Monday - Friday, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. All orders will be shipped within 1-6 business days.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
- In the case of the address being wrong, or off, customers will be liable.
- Orders will be shipped out to the address written by customers.
- Original shipping charges & fees are Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit
International Shipping:
- International shipping is available to over 200 countries through our shipping partner USPS. Rates can be viewed at check out. (Note we are unable to ship to Russia.) For a full list of countries we ship to, please email us at contact@hellomiz.com.
- For all orders shipping outside the US, the recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or custom duties incurred. Hello Miz is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note we are not able to advise on the exact/estimated amount of taxes or duties that may be due upon delivery. Once Hello Miz has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Hello Miz is not responsible for the loss or damage of item(s).

Shipping Delays
Due to higher order volume and inclement weather during the holiday season, some shipping carriers may experience shipping delays. We are working with our shipping carriers to ensure packages are delivered as quickly as possible. We apologize for any disappointment, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date.
Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered) and with all original tags, including Hello Miz hang tags, attached.
Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return labels are only provided for orders with damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
When purchasing a return label, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info.
Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please contact our Customer Care at contact@hellomiz.com within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we will respond within 24 hours (on weekdays).
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return/refund:
- Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, bodysuits and beauty products
- Returns postmarked after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
- Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Hello Miz reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
Exchanges:
We offer free shipping on all exchange orders within the continental US via standard shipping.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and return the previously received item to us. This will ensure that your item is still in stock. Once we receive your return, we will waive the standard shipping charges on the new order, and send you a return confirmation email. The standard shipping will only be waived for exchange orders of the same product.
To make an exchange with free standard shipping:
- Place a new order for the item(s) you want
